Elizabeth “Betty” McOsker is the dedicated Program Administrator at the Over 60 Club. A longtime Stamford resident who first became involved with the Club in 2003 through Senior Services of Stamford, Betty has been at the heart of its mission. For over two decades, Betty has overseen daily programming—including fitness, games, crafts, and community meals—ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for more than 100 active members each week. She passionately advocates for seniors’ well-being, leading fundraising efforts and striving to build a sustainable future where the Club can thrive under full-time leadership. Warm, experienced, and tireless in her commitment, Betty has truly become the heart and soul of the Over 60 Club.
